Snugpak Sleeper Zero DPM Camo Sleeping Bag - left
Mummy-shaped, compact sleeping bag in Olive, crafted from Snugpak’s exclusive materials including Aqualight, Supersoft, and Isofibre.
Temperature ratings and usage conditions
Operational temperatures for the Carinthia Tropen sleeping bag are specified in compliance with EN 13537:
- T-comfort: 9.4 deg. C – represents the lowest temperature at which a woman can sleep comfortably throughout the night,
- T-limit: 5.1 deg. C – denotes the minimum temperature at which a man can rest without experiencing discomfort,
- T-extreme: -7.9 deg. C – signifies the survival threshold. Regular usage at this temperature is not advised.
Aqualight and Supersoft material
The sleeping bag’s exterior utilizes Aqualight, a 190T polyester fabric equipped with hydrophobic features. Thanks to these properties, moisture such as dew accumulates on the surface instead of penetrating the material, even in damp outdoor environments. The interior lining is crafted from Supersoft polyester, which stands out for its resilient weave and soft texture.
Isofibre insulation
Filled with Isofibre, the sleeping bag delivers excellent heat retention, even in damp conditions. Its soft texture ensures a comfortable feel against the skin. Thanks to the unique design of the filling fibers, the sleeping bag can be hand-washed and machine-washed as needed.
Two small loops are located in the foot section inside the sleeping bag, making it simple to hang the sleeping bag and air it out.
Integrated hood for cold protection
The integrated hood improves thermal insulation by shielding the head and minimizing heat loss in cold environments. Its design delivers extra defense against wind and moisture.
Two-way zipper on the left side
The Sleeper Lite model comes equipped with a two-way zipper positioned on the left side, allowing for rapid entry and exit. An insulation strip is integrated to block out cold air and shield the fabric from snagging during the opening and closing process.
Convenient transport and storage
Designed for optimal portability and storage, the sleeping bag has a packed size of 39 x 25 cm and a total weight of 1800 g. Easily fits into your loadout without contributing significant bulk.
Set elements
A compression sack is included in the set to facilitate convenient transport and compact storage.
Main features
The Tropen model serves as an excellent inner thermal layer when paired with other sleeping bags. Such a configuration delivers optimal thermal insulation, effective moisture management, and reliable warmth in temperatures as low as -20 deg. C. Thanks to the advanced Sleeping Bag System - Defence 4 and superior materials, the bag maintains a low weight and a compact packed size.

Camouflage DPM - Disruptive Pattern Material
DPM (Disruptive Pattern Material) represents a quintessential British military camouflage pattern, originating during World War II, with its standardized version introduced in the 1960s. Serving as the primary camouflage for the British Armed Forces until 2016, DPM remains in active use among select units and cadet organizations today. Distinguished by large, irregular blotches in hues of green, brown, beige, and black, this camouflage efficiently breaks up the human outline and ensures excellent concealment in temperate, wooded environments—ideally suited for spring and summer operations. Over the years, the pattern has undergone subtle evolution, noticeable in adjustments to both the color palette and the configuration of its shapes.
