Right out of the box you can feel the quality, and visually the workmanship is brilliant. A quick series at 20 meters the very same day and I can say this much - I recommend it, it is great fun, works flawlessly, and does not lack power.

Specna Arms RETRO MP40 AEG Submachine Gun - Brown
An electric replica of the MP40 submachine gun from the RETRO series developed in collaboration with S&T/AGM. It is a faithful replica of the German submachine gun produced during World War II. It is made mostly of metal. The wood-grain pattern on the body and the Bakelite-style grip are made of plastic.
folding stock, mechanical sighting devices
The gun is equipped with a distinctive folding metal stock. At the top of the receiver and barrel are mechanical sighting devices, consisting of a front sight and a rear sight. The receiver features a mounting hole for attaching a carrying strap.
special gearbox, initial velocity of 400 FPS, fire selector
The replica is equipped with a special gearbox that allows the fired BBs to reach an initial velocity of 400 FPS. The electric version is equipped with a fire mode selector. Depending on the position of the reload lever, it allows the rifle to fire in single-shot or automatic mode.
Mosfet X-ASR system
The model is equipped with an X-ASR MOSFET circuit featuring an intelligent safety mechanism that protects the replica from overheating, overload, and short circuits, as well as a self-diagnostic function. In addition, the X-ASR accelerates trigger response and increases rate of fire.
