The Velcro is fairly durable and the vest is not particularly uncomfortable, it fits tightly to the body so you'll start sweating in it quickly. The Mole cuts on the sides and on the main panel at the far left and right sides are TOO NARROW for anything to pass through, so on the main panel you only have 4 usable rows of mole. In summary, you get an empty vest with completely minimal customization options at a similar price to vests that already have some panels etc. I do not recommend, elo.
