I have just received the knife and I will share my impressions. The knife out of the box is not razor sharp, but after a few strokes on a ceramic plate, it shaves hair and cuts paper like butter, if that's the sharpness you want. It is quite solidly made, but for me, as I have a medium-sized and rather slim hand, the handle could be a little longer so that the little finger could rest on it comfortably - only the index, middle and ring fingers fit on it. Removing the knife from the sheath, by pushing it out with the thumb while holding the knife, is quite difficult for me. I don't know how long this 440C steel will hold its edge in everyday use, in the garage etc., but cutting paper of various weights I think it will last a long time - that's what I bought it for, as I create collages. The main, and so far only, disadvantage of this knife that prevents me from giving it the highest rating is the short handle for my hand.
