For many years it was my number one IFAK. Spacious enough for a basic set, yet very low-profile. Unfortunately, I had to switch to another one which takes up fewer MOLLE columns on the belt and (which is important to me) better protects the contents from getting dirty. Still, I recommend it for the shooting range or for black gear. Great product.
IFAK (Individual First Aid Kit) crafted for efficient transport and storage of vital first aid supplies. Constructed with robust and abrasion-resistant 500D Cordura.
Generous Velcro closure and sturdy handle (available in red or black), made from durable webbing, provide rapid and easy access to kit contents. The internal organizer panel with elastic loops and straps ensures orderly equipment arrangement. MOLLE-compatible webbing enables secure attachment of the kit to vests, backpacks, belts up to 50 mm wide, or other tactical gear.

Camouflage MultiCam
MultiCam represents an advanced camouflage design, developed in 2002 by the American company Crye Precision in collaboration with the United States Army Soldier Systems Center (Natick Labs) under the Objective Force Warrior initiative. The primary objective was to engineer a highly adaptable camouflage pattern capable of delivering effectiveness across diverse landscapes and fluctuating environmental conditions. The MultiCam scheme incorporates seven distinct hues, incorporating smooth transitions between different greens, browns, and beige tones. This design enables the pattern to seamlessly blend with various surroundings, adopting green shades in woodland settings and leaning towards browns and beiges in arid, desert environments. In Central and Eastern Europe, its performance is particularly notable during autumn and in dry, grassy areas. MultiCam has achieved global acclaim and has been adopted by numerous military organizations and elite special forces. In 2010, the United States Army officially selected this pattern for its personnel deployed in Afghanistan, replacing the previously used Universal Camouflage Pattern (UCP). Civilian applications are also available, making it a preferred option for military aficionados and airsoft practitioners alike.

Great first aid kit for use as an IFAK at the shooting range. Mounted to the belt, it doesn't take up much space, and the way it opens (upwards or downwards) means the kit can be placed close to other equipment and retrieving items from it is easy. The Velcro that opens the kit is solid. Inside, there is a panel where I managed to attach basic IFAK equipment. The product is solid and well thought out. I recommend it.
