Texar Stinger 3/4 Boots - Black

Shoes bought for my son. The shoes are very light, well-made, and look nice. My son is very happy with the purchase :-) The purchased shoes are slightly larger, so I bought additional insoles. In this configuration, they are very comfortable, fit well, and provide good cushioning. Of course, you should protect them from moisture right away so that they last long and stay in good condition.

Shoes are comfortable and solidly made, good cushioning. I recommend them, tested in the field, seasonally for mushroom picking and they really hold up. The size fit just right. I recommend the shoes.

I had these shoes, used them for about two years overall. First, the stitching at the front came apart (the first vertical stitches at the front of the shoe). I had them repaired by a cobbler and after fixing they served well, but the same place opened up again. Maybe this spot is more exposed to the weather??? I took care of them, often using shoe polish, and still, they died. I didn't repair them again because the sole was also worn out and got as thin as in sneakers. At the time, the description stated that they were for mixed use both outdoors and indoors. Overall, I think they're not bad, although rather delicate.

The shoes are terrible. I do not recommend buying them. The sole of the shoe was gone after 5 months. Even though the website nicely describes the durable rubber. Judge for yourself if it’s worth it.

With proper care, there's nothing to complain about. Generally comfortable and lightweight, but I advise checking the insole size as the sizing isn't very reliable.

The shoes are a bit stiff and need time to adjust. They remind me of military gaiters in this respect. After about 100 km in the city, there is clearly visible wear on the sole at the heels, which does not bode well for the future. Mil-tec shoes showed no wear after about 1000 km in similar conditions. Nice shoes, but I won't buy again. :)

They have a lot of room inside - but that's a subjective feeling. Well made.

After one year of use, the shoes are still in perfect condition: very good, lightweight, and comfortable.

I've had them for quite some time and I'm only now writing a review because I don't like to comment on goods I've not tested. Lightweight and sturdy shoes. However, they have a drawback. I like shoes that fit tightly and hug the ankle. These shoes have a plastic eyelet for the laces, and when I tighten them, this eyelet painfully presses into my ankle. That's the only flaw.

The size fits perfectly, there is even a little room left for insoles. The r44 shoes look more like elegant, slender dress shoes than outdoor shoes, especially when polished with the shoe polish bought in the set. They broke in within a few days, and did not get wet in wet grass. With wool socks washed only with soap, it's great.

Strong, lightweight footwear. I use them for long walks in the forest and in the city. They do the job, I am satisfied.

Very good, comfortable shoes. I like the height of the upper—it holds the legs of my M-65 (and similar) pants well. Previously, I bought them in coyote color (I've been wearing them for a second year already) and gladly added black ones to my collection. I recommend them.

The appearance and external workmanship are good. Unfortunately, either I was unlucky or there is something wrong with the inside of the shoe. After 3 weeks of use, the lining wore out on the heel and toes. The complaint was handled without issues, but I am not fully satisfied with the product.
