Specially engineered weighted vest crafted for CrossFit, calisthenics, and bodybuilding workouts. Built for elasticity and comfort during use. Quickly and efficiently increases the challenge of your training sessions. Multiple Velcro (hook and loop) panels make it easy to attach any patches or insignia, such as a national flag or Morale Patches.

Constructed from dirt-resistant ballistic nylon with a durable Oxford 600D weave. The front features a Velcro-secured pocket ideal for carrying a phone, wallet, keys, or other essentials. The interior is outfitted with soft panels lined in micro mesh, which helps to minimize the risk of skin overheating during high-intensity workouts.

Wearing the vest allows for systematic development of endurance during functional training, including the men’s MURPH WOD. Base vest weight is 1.5 kg. The package contains two plates, each weighing 3.9 kg. Total load capacity of the vest reaches up to 9.3 kg (20 lb).

Weight plates can be loaded into designated compartments on both the front and rear sections. Both pouches utilize fastening via straps and Velcro to secure the plates and prevent them from shifting during activity.

Vest offers a secure fit and unrestricted mobility. Adjustable via a belt with buckle closure for optimal sizing, making it suitable for most users. Weight distribution is even across the shoulders, back, and chest, with added padding for enhanced comfort and ergonomic function.
