Weighted vest engineered specifically for CrossFit training. Offers flexibility and comfort during use. Provides a simple and highly effective way to increase the intensity of workouts. Multiple Velcro panels allow for the attachment of various patches or emblems, such as national flags or Morale Patches.

Constructed from dirt-resistant ballistic nylon with an Oxford 600D weave. Features a front rubberized pocket for secure storage of a phone, wallet, keys, or other small essentials. The interior includes 10 soft 3D panels lined with micro mesh, which form ventilation channels contouring the body, significantly lowering the risk of skin overheating during demanding exercise sessions.

Utilizing the vest enables gradual improvement of endurance during functional workouts, including the MURPH WOD in the men’s division. Vest alone weighs 1.5 kg, and the set comes with two 1.6 kg plates. The combined maximum loading capability reaches 4.7 kg (10.36 lb) when worn.

Weight plates are inserted into dedicated pockets situated at the front and rear of the vest. Each pocket is secured with straps and Velcro fasteners that securely keep the plates from slipping out during training.

The vest provides an ergonomic fit and extensive freedom of movement. Equipped with an adjustable Velcro-fastened belt, it adapts to fit most users. Distributes weight evenly and is padded at the shoulders, back, and chest, ensuring both high functionality and comfortable wear.
