Weight vest designed specifically for CrossFit workouts. Features stretchable material and a comfortable fit. Easily and efficiently increases the intensity of your training sessions. Multiple velcro panels enable attachment of various patches or emblems, such as national flags or Morale Patches.

Constructed from dirt-repellent ballistic nylon with a 600D Oxford weave. Includes a rubberized front pocket ideal for storing a phone, wallet, keys, or other small essentials. The interior is equipped with 10 soft 3D panels lined with micro mesh, creating ventilated tunnels that conform to the body, helping prevent skin from overheating during strenuous workouts.

Training with the vest supports progressive strength and endurance increases in functional fitness and during WOD MURPH in the men's division. The vest alone weighs 1.5 kg, and the set comes with two 1.6 kg plates. Maximum possible load when worn is 4.7 kg (10.36 lb).

Weight plates are positioned in compartments located on the front and back panels. Both are secured with fastening systems (straps and velcro) that keep the inserts securely in place during exercise.
