Weight vest engineered specifically for CrossFit workouts. Crafted to be elastic and comfortable for the wearer. Enables simple and effective intensification of training sessions. Multiple velcro panels make it easy to attach various patches, emblems, or flags, including national insignia and Morale Patches.

Constructed from dirt-resistant ballistic nylon, utilizing the Oxford 600D weave. Features a front rubberized pocket for storing essentials such as your phone, wallet, keys, or other compact items. The interior is outfitted with 10 soft 3D panels lined with micro mesh, creating body-conforming ventilation channels that help minimize the risk of skin overheating during intensive workouts.

Wearing the vest supports incremental endurance development during functional sessions as well as the WOD MURPH in the men's division. The vest by itself weighs 1.5 kg, and the package includes two plates, each weighing 2.5 kg. The total possible load with the vest reaches 6.5 kg (14.33 lb).

Plates slide into designated pockets at the front and back of the vest. Each pocket is secured with straps and Velcro closures, which keep the plates securely in place throughout exercises.

The vest ensures an anatomical fit and allows for a full range of movement. Adjustment is achieved via a velcro-fastened belt, so most users will find a comfortable fit. Balanced weight distribution and padding across the shoulders, back, and chest deliver not only utility but also comfort during use.
