I paired them with UF PRO Solid Tactical Knee Pads to give myself the best possible knee protection. Compared with typical cheap strap-on knee pads, the difference is huge — these are incomparably better. They are more expensive, admittedly, but when kneeling or even sitting for longer periods, they let you stay fully ready. Since I strained my knees in my youth, I can confirm that they work well with every pair of trousers — they are discreet enough while still providing effective protection and not causing pressure even during long periods of sitting.

These knee pads are very comfortable, I have used them in both Fjallraven and Ufpro pants and they fit perfectly. It's nice that you can add strong protectors to them. However, it's worth remembering to remove them from the pants before putting them in the washing machine, as they are not suitable for automatic washing.

Cute and great quality, but that's to be expected. I have UF PRO Solid with them. The whole set is already noticeable in terms of weight on the legs. If you get the version of pants without left and right Velcro strips at the back of the legs, they move around a bit. They're not that great for running.

Good insoles protect against sharp objects. Unfortunately, the cushioning here is minimal. I use them only in conditions of very high humidity (downpours, etc.). Compared to cushioning insoles, they do not absorb water - they are made of some kind of polymer.

Very comfortable inserts. They're similar in thickness to Helikon sponges, but provide much better cushioning. Additionally, they have the option to install hard panels that protect against sharp objects. Due to being covered with fabric, you shouldn't cut them—if you want to fit them to pants other than UF Pro.
