I took this jacket for a hike through the Brecon Beacons in typical November weather in 2025 – strong winds from 40 to 60 mph and heavy rain. The jacket lasted only one trip to the top of Pen y Fan. The conditions were very wet and cold, which greatly disappointed me. If the temperatures had been different, maybe the result would have been better, but on that day it was quite warm for the season, although humid and windy. Previously, I had used cheaper jackets in even more difficult terrain, and they performed better. Ultimately, I returned this jacket to the retailer for a refund, although the whole return process is lengthy. Other products from this company, such as their boots and gloves, have really impressed me. I think the company should test their jackets better before starting sales. The jacket pills heavily on the shoulders and where the cummerbund is, there should be reinforcements because, by design, it is meant to be used with a tactical vest and/or backpack. Other than that, the best tactical jacket I've had. The lack of insulation on the torso and back gives much better comfort with a vest or backpack.

The jacket looks great and fits well, but the mesh is terrible – after a few wears, the mesh is badly pilled, I do not recommend it. It looks like it's been used for 10 years after just a month. I wouldn't buy again.

Best purchase ever, not only is the jacket practical, but it also looks great. It has excellent thermoregulation. The inserts work great when wearing a backpack or plate carrier. I recommend it.

The jacket has been used since its release, and the first drawbacks are that after putting on a plate carrier, the cummerbund rubs against the material on the side, which quickly gets pulled and causes slight abrasions. These areas are quite delicate. The sleeve adjusters stretch out quite quickly.

Freshly bought jacket, new so far and very warm, the inside material is pleasant to the touch. The jacket is very light, it's like you're wearing nothing. However, it's not perfectly windproof in places where there's mesh, but on the other hand, besides being warm, the jacket is also supposed to let moisture evaporate and breathe, and so far it seems to meet these criteria, plus it's well made. The hood works as described - it follows your head and folds nicely into the collar, and when folded gives additional insulation. Lastly, the look of the jacket – excellent.

I'm curious who this company makes these jackets for, probably for small Asians. I'm 190cm and weigh 101kg, I lift weights, and size 3XL was too small in the sleeves. I can't give a higher rating than 1 star, because for people with larger builds, it's not suitable to wear.

The jacket is perfect for temperatures close to zero, is waterproof and windproof (except where there is mesh.) The only drawback I've noticed so far (2 months of use) is the piling of the material inside, but it doesn't affect usability. Highly recommend.
