Military jacket crafted from robust Rip-Stop fabric. Exhibits outstanding resistance to wear and tearing, as well as excellent breathability.
Sturm jacket equipped with 5 pockets:
- Two chest pockets secured with Velcro,
- a zippered pocket on each shoulder,
- an open pocket on the forearm.
Elbow sections feature reinforcements with a double fabric layer, which also functions as a compartment for low-profile protectors. Cuffs are adjustable with Velcro, enabling a snug and customizable fit around the wrist. Integrated pleats on the back improve comfort and ensure a tailored fit. The main closure uses a YKK zipper hidden beneath a protective flap.
Six Velcro panels are sewn onto the jacket, allowing for the attachment of various insignia, unit patches, national flags, or so-called Morale Patches, giving the jacket a customizable and distinctive character.
The designation MM-14 stands for маскувальний малюнок (maskuvalʹnyy malyunok = camouflage pattern) and references the year 2014, when this camo was officially introduced. The pattern draws inspiration from the American UCP camouflage, but uses colors selected to blend with the natural environment in Ukraine. Adoption of the MM-14 camo pattern marked a significant phase in Ukrainian military reforms, distancing from post-Soviet visual identity. MM14 is also informally called Ukrainian Pixel Camo or Ukrainian Digital Camo.
