I installed the H3 and the difference in smoothness was noticeable almost immediately – the recoil stopped being so jerky and rough. Installation literally took me a moment, without any tools or hassle – you just swap it and shoot. If someone is having problems with overgassing or is looking for a way to calm down the operation of an AR, this buffer is one of the simplest and cheapest steps that really works. I hope it lasts a long time :)

One of the most important things to replace in AR-15 rifles without an adjustable gas block, especially when the rifle is overgassed and recoils heavily or if you install a suppressor. I recommend it!
