Viking Kanion Gaiters - Black

Gaiters protecting the legs and footwear from moisture, mud, snow and small debris getting inside the boots. They are made of waterproof polyester with water resistance of 1500 mm H2O, which makes them suitable for trekking, mountain hiking and outdoor activities. A zipper, snap and adjustable strap under the outsole make it easier to quickly and securely fit the gaiters to the footwear.

The gaiters are made of 100% polyester. The material is characterised by low moisture absorption and effectively limits water penetration inside, which helps keep trousers and socks in better condition when walking in the rain, through wet grass or on muddy ground. The waterproof membrane used increases protection against moisture while also creating an additional barrier against snow, sand, conifer needles and other small debris. As a result, the gaiters can be used both in the rainy season and during winter trips.

The gaiters are equipped with an adjustable drawstring, which allows the upper part to be adjusted to the calf circumference. The zipper enables quick putting on, while the additional snap helps secure the construction and reduces the risk of accidental unfastening during movement. The lower part is stabilised by an adjustable strap running under the outsole of the boot. This solution keeps the gaiters in the correct position and prevents them from riding up when walking on uneven terrain.

The metal hook is designed to attach to the laces. The reinforced construction improves gaiter stability and helps keep their lower edge close to the footwear, reducing the possibility of moisture and dirt getting in from the upper area.

The reflective element increases the user's visibility in low light conditions.
