Featuring a 56 mm objective lens and an adjustable magnification range of 5-25x, the scope utilizes multi-coated optics for superior light transmission. The Vortex Venom is configured with an EBR-7C FPP MRAD reticle, a 34 mm main tube, and incorporates a RevStop Zero System for easy reset to original settings.

Positioned in the first focal plane, the EBR-7C FPP reticle adjusts its size proportionally with magnification changes, offering precise reference and adjustment for long-range engagements. Low-profile, capped turrets provide swift horizontal and vertical tuning. Multiple anti-reflective coatings over all air-glass surfaces result in a bright, high-resolution sight image, with accurate color rendering even at peak 25x magnification.

External lenses are shielded by ArmourTek coating, delivering resistance against scratches, grime, and moisture. Rapid changes in magnification are possible with the zoom lever located on the eyepiece. Precise parallax correction can be achieved through the integrated side parallax adjustment knob, ensuring the focus is sharp for any shooting distance.

Constructed from aircraft-grade aluminum in a single piece, the scope provides enhanced durability and impact resistance. The anodized finish offers added protection against scratches and corrosion. O-ring seals safeguard the scope from water, dust, and foreign particles. The tube interior is nitrogen-filled, successfully preventing fogging of the optics.

The set includes:
- riflescope,
- sunshades,
- protective rubber caps for both eyepiece and objective lens,
- optical cleaning cloth,
- tool for turret adjustments,
- magnification adjustment lever,
- 2 mm hex key,
- user documentation.

Simple, good scope. No illuminated reticle, which doesn't bother me because I rarely turn it on with other scopes. Image quality is sharp in the center and clear at the edges when zoomed in (unlike some YouTube videos that show a blurry image at the edges), maybe I got a good piece. I wanted low-profile turrets, which are twice as low as, for example, on the Javelin. Installed on an AR-15, it works great at 100-300 m. It's very easy to set "zero" with Vortex's RevStop Zero System.

My first scope with such parameters, except for the variable power scope (BURRIS RT-6 1-6/24 TACTICAL KIT). When it comes to build quality, the brand speaks for itself. 34mm tube, high-quality glass with a large aperture, and an interesting reticle provide the user with great possibilities for long-distance shooting. The lack of illumination doesn't affect my rating. The maximum distance I plan to shoot at is 300m, and not always, since I have to travel and pay at a commercial shooting range. Maybe it's not a scope for professionals—but for those who don't want to spend much and want to shoot at medium distances, it's more than enough...
