Fantastic lenses, they polarize perfectly and enhance contrast, warming up colors so the world looks prettier :) The build quality is perfect. The only drawback is the shape – they are quite wide especially at the bottom, so they will not fit a narrow face. Nevertheless, I recommend looking for other shapes with these lenses because I've never had better ones.
Wiley X Omega Tactical Glasses - Captivate Polarized Green Mirror/Kryptek Neptune
Lightweight, ergonomic, and comfortable tactical eyewear featuring Kryptek Neptune camouflage. Enhanced lens durability safeguards eyes against shrapnel, ricochets, and other flying debris. Compliance with class F standards ensures defense from objects weighing 0.86 g traveling at 45 m/s.
Wiley X stands among the top providers of eye protection gear for the United States military, professional athletes, and outdoor enthusiasts.
Triloid frame material
Triloid nylon contoured frames and lenses are engineered to comply with ballistic protection standards ANSI Z87.1+ and EN166 F. They offer reliable defense against hazardous ultraviolet rays, including UVA, UVB, and high-energy visible (HEV) blue light. The ergonomic design of the frames guarantees a secure fit without sacrificing comfort while wearing headphones or hearing protection. Rugged spring hinges add extra flexibility to the temples for improved durability and increased user comfort.
Polycarbonate lenses with t-shell coating and Captivate technology
Equipped with green lenses crafted from unbreakable Selenite polycarbonate, the model delivers 12% light transmission and integrates a CAPTIVATE polarization filter between the lens layers. On bright days, the filter concentrates light on a single plane, eliminating blinding glare, enhancing brightness, and boosting depth perception. Under overcast or rainy conditions, improved object contrast significantly enhances visual quality, guaranteeing exceptional clarity and comfort. These glasses are ideal for drivers, skiers, anglers, and outdoor enthusiasts. An anti-reflective coating removes bothersome light reflections, preventing rays from reflecting into the eyes and reducing both image distortion and eye fatigue. Visual clarity surpasses that of conventional Captivate lenses. A robust T-Shell Scratch coating defends against lens scratching, while the oleophobic layer resists adhesion of dust, dirt, oil, snow, and water to the lens surface.
Standards and certifications
- ANSI Z87.1+ standard: Compliant with this specification, both frame and visor are capable of withstanding the impact of a steel ball with a 6.35 mm diameter traveling at a velocity of 164.6 km/h.
- EN.166F standard: Satisfies the European requirement for resistance to impacts from high-speed particles (Medium Energy Impact). Under these criteria, frames and visors endure the force of a 6 mm diameter, 0.86 g steel ball striking at 162 km/h.

The HEV (High Energy Visible) filter provides protection from harmful blue light emitted by computer screens, smartphones and sunlight. The HEV filter in the glasses increases overall visual comfort and protects eye health.
T-Shell is a coating on Wiley X glasses that resists scratches, protects lenses from damage and extends their life.
Frames made of Triloid nylon provide lightweight and highly comfortable glasses. Triloid features optimal hardness and is highly resistant to impacts and falls.
Captivate lens technology is an advanced filter system used in sunglasses that aims to improve the quality of vision by filtering out harmful light and improving color perception and contrast.
The Oleophobic coating repels dirt, oil, water and other substances, so the lenses stay cleaner and easier to maintain. The technology makes the lenses more durable and comfortable to wear.
EN166F is the European standard for protection against the impact of accelerated objects (Medium Energy Impact). Class F mechanical strength means that, according to the standard, the frame and visors of the glasses will withstand the impact of a steel BBs with a diameter of 6 mm and a weight of 0.86 g, traveling at 45 m/s (162 km/h).

Excellent lenses. I don't know about durability, but the image is very clear and pleasant for the eyes. I have older glasses from this company and the lenses improved the quality. The frames wrap around the head well, which limits the sun from getting in. They fit better on a "square" head. They won't be good for a very small one. Rather for a medium one. For a narrower head, the Gravity model is better.
