Wisport Crafter Backpack 30 l - Coyote Brown

A rugged backpack with a 30-liter capacity in Graphite color, constructed from highly durable Cordura fabric. Designed with reinforced seams for added strength, the pack is equipped with sturdy Kroko zippers and heavy-duty ITW Nexus and Duraflex buckles. Ideal for demanding field operations as well as weekend getaways.

A generous main compartment secures at the top with a zipper flap closure, complemented by an additional opening front wall for easy front access. The interior organizes gear with a spacious slip divider and two zippered pockets.

Two open side pockets provide space for a water bottle or drink bottle. The flap is outfitted with a zippered pocket for quick-access essentials, while a large flat zippered pocket at the back holds a laptop or hydration reservoir. A pat flap-sealed opening and eyelets integrated into the shoulder straps allow for convenient hydration system tube routing.

A rain cover is supplied with the set.

MOLLE/PALS system, compression straps, cords, tapes, and D-rings

The side panels are fitted with MOLLE/PALS straps, providing the option to attach extra pouches and accessories. Compression straps on the sides help minimize the pack’s size or secure additional gear. An array of adjustable elastic cords is located at the front, while the top section is equipped with adjustable straps for fastening items such as clothing, jackets, or a sleeping mat. Several D-rings are also included for added versatility.

A spacious rectangular velcro panel on the front provides a secure area for attaching various patches or insignia, including national flags, unit emblems, or Morale Patches.

AFS carrying system, carrying handle

The AFS (Air Foam System) carrying system utilizes a fiberglass frame for support. Back cushioning consists of elastic foam that resists moisture absorption, all encased in a layer of quick-drying fabric. Ergonomically shaped straps along with hip and chest belts featuring a quick-release mechanism deliver optimal comfort during transport. A carrying handle allows for effortless lifting and moving of the backpack.

    I highly recommend it. I wanted to buy a backpack that would last for years and it looks like that's exactly the product I bought. Good material, nice color, sturdy zippers. The special material touching the back makes carrying the backpack very comfortable, even with a heavier load.

    Crafter, this is my favorite line in Wisport. The backpack is very versatile and easy to pack. It has a great feature, which is missing in the 55ltr version - side pockets for bottles. You don't have to mess around with additional pockets.

    A medium-sized hiking backpack (it’s a hiking backpack and doesn’t have an organizer inside, so keep that in mind). Convenient front access to your gear. Perfect for weekend trips, but also useful for day trips. I recommend getting elastic straps to keep the bands from dangling. After purchase, it’s worth checking if the rain cover is included under the backpack. In my case, it was missing and I had to sort it out over two weeks.

    I set aside my worn-out Sparrow30II in favor of the Crafter30. After two weeks of downtown wandering, I think it's a good direction. It doesn't have some molle straps, but that's just a matter of getting used to. Comfortable and edgy. Very light. For a long time, I overused the great Racoon45, but the Crafter30 has effectively discouraged me from dragging around too large a backpack. Optimal choice for the city. Outside the city? Probably. I’ll test it in a few days. And the map is beautiful. If only there were a different hip belt with Molle, like on the Racoon. I'm already tempted by the 55-liter version. Maybe someday.
