The model does not perform well for transporting weapons (tested with Mauser Kar98). However, the dedicated pocket works well for carrying a small hatchet or another item (attached on the outside). When packed (as a test), it seems spacious (main compartment is smooth, no organization). The bottle pockets will hold Oasis 1L (snug fit), Wildo 0.7, or Esbit 0.6 thermos—no problem (haven’t checked others). Small front pockets are well-thought-out (spacious). The lack of bottom attachment and slightly small side pockets are drawbacks.
