The Sparrow II backpack is equipped with two large compartments. Within the main compartment (27 l), four D-rings have been stitched onto the rear panel to attach additional gear. The secondary compartment features a updated organizer designed for efficient storage of smaller essentials. Zippered mesh pockets are located in the main compartment. A flat pocket on the flap, matching the dimensions of the main compartment and approximately 5 cm deep, is ideal for carrying maps, paperwork, or a compact laptop. A smaller pocket is located on the front of the flap as well.
The interior provides a hook for a hydration bladder, a drinking tube exit port, and two loops—with one positioned on each shoulder strap—for securing the tube.
A two-way zipper secures the backpack, extending around three sides of the flap to provide wide access to both the main and secondary compartments. All zippers are high quality and resistant to wear, featuring textile pulls for easier use while wearing gloves or under demanding conditions. Cover flaps shield the main compartment and front pocket zippers, offering enhanced protection against water and dirt penetration.
The SAS - Semi Adjustable System Ergonomic Military carrying system delivers outstanding structural integrity, superior carrying comfort, and optimized back ventilation. For additional comfort, the quick-release, length-adjustable ergonomic shoulder straps work in tandem with both a chest and waist belt. The inside of the straps features a dense, snag-resistant material. At the rear, a dedicated tunnel accommodates a compatible fiberglass frame (frame not included).
On each side wall, two adjustable straps equipped with 30 mm fastex buckles enable efficient compression and secure attachment of equipment such as jackets, tarps, sleeping pads, or camouflage nets. Positioned atop the main compartment, a broad and elongated transport handle facilitates convenient carrying.
MOLLE/PALS webbing is integrated on the front, bottom, and sides, providing attachment points for extra gear or critical items required for urgent need.
A front-mounted velcro panel provides the option to attach patches or emblems, including national flags, unit insignias, or morale patches.
