Enhanced version of the top-selling Sparrow model! A rugged 30-liter survival and military backpack crafted from 500D Cordura in Olive Green. Drawing inspiration from the widely recognized urban Raven model, this pack is reengineered for demanding field operations.
Constructed from robust 500D Cordura, the backpack boasts exceptional resistance to mechanical wear, including abrasion and tearing, greatly enhancing the overall durability for demanding outdoor environments.
The Sparrow II is equipped with two large compartments. Within the primary compartment (27 l), four D-rings are stitched onto the rear panel to facilitate the attachment of additional gear. The secondary compartment features a modernized organizer, perfect for systematic storage of smaller essentials. Zippered mesh pockets are integrated into the main compartment for secure organization. The flap accommodates a flat pocket matching the main compartment’s dimensions, approximately 5 cm deep—ideal for stowing maps, documents, or a compact laptop. A smaller pocket is also present on the front of the flap for quick-access items.
The interior of the pack includes a hydration bladder hanger, a drinking tube port, as well as two loops—one on either shoulder strap—for securing hydration system accessories.
A two-way zipper secures the backpack, running along three sides of the flap to provide wide access to the main and secondary compartments. All zippers are durable, high quality, and feature textile pulls for improved grip when wearing gloves or operating in challenging conditions. Cover flaps shield the zippers of the main compartments and front pocket, minimizing the risk of water and dirt entering.
The SAS - Semi Adjustable System Ergonomic Military load-bearing system provides outstanding structural support, optimal weight distribution, and efficient back ventilation. Enhanced comfort is offered by quick-release, length-adjustable ergonomic shoulder straps, complemented by an adjustable chest and waist belt. The inner lining of the straps features a robust, snag-resistant fabric. A dedicated tunnel along the back accommodates a compatible fiberglass frame (sold separately).
On each side panel, two adjustable straps equipped with 30 mm fastex buckles serve for compression and secure attachment of essential gear, such as a jacket, tarp, sleeping pad, or camouflage net. A durable, generously sized transport handle atop the main compartment ensures convenient portability.
MOLLE/PALS webbing is stitched on the front, bottom, and sides, allowing for the attachment of extra gear or carrying essential items needed in emergency situations.
A velcro panel on the front provides the option to attach patches or emblems, such as unit insignia, national flags, or morale patches.
