Featuring a construction from durable 500D Cordura, the backpack offers exceptional resistance to mechanical stress, including abrasion and tearing. Such durability greatly enhances the pack’s reliability and longevity in rugged outdoor environments.
The Sparrow II model is equipped with two large compartments. The primary compartment (27 l) incorporates four D-rings sewn onto the rear panel, ideal for attaching additional gear. The secondary compartment features a modernized organizer, ensuring efficient storage of smaller items. Zippered mesh pockets are located in the main compartment. The backpack’s flap contains a flat pocket matching the size of the main compartment and approximately 5 cm deep—perfect for carrying maps, documents, or a compact laptop. An additional small pocket is positioned on the front side of the flap.
The backpack interior offers a hydration bladder hanger, a dedicated port for a drinking tube, and two attachment loops (one on each shoulder strap) for stabilization.
Secured with a two-way zipper that extends along three sides of the flap, the backpack enables wide opening to both the primary and secondary compartments. Each zipper is high quality, wear-resistant, and features fabric pulls for simplified use when wearing gloves or operating in harsh environments. Protective flaps shield the zippers of the main compartments and front pocket, helping to minimize water and debris entry.
The SAS - Semi Adjustable System Ergonomic Military carrying system offers excellent structural stability, superior carrying comfort, and optimal back ventilation. Additional comfort is provided by ergonomic shoulder straps that are quick-release and adjustable in length, along with a chest strap and waist belt. The underside of the straps features a dense, snag-resistant material. At the back, a dedicated tunnel accommodates a compatible fiberglass frame (not included).
On each side wall, two adjustable straps equipped with 30 mm fastex buckles provide effective compression and secure attachment for gear such as a jacket, tarp, sleeping pad, or camouflage net. An extra-wide and extended transport handle positioned atop the main compartment allows for convenient carrying.
MOLLE/PALS webbing is integrated on the front, bottom, and sides, enabling the attachment of additional gear or the secure carry of urgent need items for rapid access.
A Velcro panel positioned on the front enables the attachment of patches or emblems, such as a national flag, unit insignia, or morale patches.
