Quite thin, padding provides comfort in some areas. I haven't tested them on a long walk, but for daily use they are comfortable. They definitely improve walking comfort.
Ergonomically contoured insoles. Strategically positioned three-dimensional elements on the underside support enhanced blood flow and reduce foot fatigue during prolonged wear. Dual layers of latex foam ensure optimal softness and superior comfort.
A robust top layer provides a snug fit over the three-dimensional components, maintaining their full functionality.

I had a problem with foot pain after long walks, and these insoles solved that problem. You can do about 15 kilometers more a day now. If I could, I would give six stars.

A bit thin. I bought them for Brandit Tactical Zipper Boots, which don't have any cushioning insert and the one they have is as thin as paper and the inside is as hard as concrete. Unfortunately, this one insole is not enough, and at the moment I have this one and another underneath. Now it's somehow walkable and I don't feel the hard inside of the boot.
