Constructed from rugged Cordura fabric, the medical pouch is intended for secure transport of a tactical tourniquet—specifically a hemostatic pressure bandage of the CAT type or equipment of comparable size. Compatible with Molle system webbing for straightforward attachment to tactical equipment.

Constructed from rugged Cordura, known for its exceptional resistance to tearing and abrasion. The straightforward design allows for fast and easy access to a tourniquet, even when gloves are worn, while the broad hook-and-loop closure guarantees secure retention of your gear and helps prevent accidental loss.

Featuring elastic cords with drawstrings, the pouch allows for size adjustment to suit individual requirements. An internal strap functions as a flap and can be removed, converting the pouch into an open configuration for rapid access to a tourniquet. The removable flap is attached with broad hook-and-loop panels. Secure mounting is provided by the Molle strap system, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of vests, belts, and tactical equipment. Externally, the flap incorporates a hook-and-loop panel for the addition of patches or morale insignia. Supplied with a Med Cross patch for medical identification.
