Constructed from robust Cordura material, the medical pouch is specifically engineered for transporting a tactical tourniquet—either a CAT-type hemostatic compression band or similarly sized equipment. Featuring strap attachments compatible with the Molle system, it offers secure mounting to tactical gear.

The minimalist design allows for swift and uncomplicated access to the tourniquet, even when wearing gloves, while the wide hook and loop fastening ensures secure placement of equipment and shields it against unintentional loss.

Featuring elastic cords with drawstrings, the pouch offers adjustable sizing to suit individual preferences. The internal strap functions as a flap and can be easily detached, transforming the pouch into an open configuration to greatly enhance quick access to a tourniquet. Wide panels equipped with velcro secure the removable flap, while the Molle strap system ensures compatibility with the majority of tactical vests, belts, and other gear. A hook and loop panel on the exterior of the flap provides space for personalization, allowing for the attachment of patches or morale patches. Included with the pouch is a Med Cross patch for clear medical identification.
