The ICON X model features the new XP D044 Superlight telescopic seatpost, which is one of the lightest designs in the manufacturer’s lineup. The lower and middle sections are made of carbon fiber, which ensures high stiffness, vibration resistance, and low overall weight, while the armrest, made of lightweight ABS plastic, provides resistance to mechanical damage and weather conditions.

The entire unit weighs approximately 710 grams, which significantly reduces fatigue during long search sessions. The telescopic design allows for quick adjustment of the length to suit the user’s height and terrain conditions, and its proper balance ensures precise guidance of the coil over the ground.

The model uses FMF (Fast Multi Frequency) technology, which allows it to operate simultaneously on multiple frequencies, ensuring stability and high detection efficiency in various soil types. Compared to the standard ICON model, the X version has been expanded to include an additional 28 kHz mono frequency, which significantly improves sensitivity to small and hard-to-detect objects.

The device can operate both in multi-frequency mode and in single-frequency modes (4, 14, and 28 kHz), allowing for precise adjustment of parameters to a specific application. Advanced signal processing enables effective separation of valuable finds from metal debris, even in challenging conditions.

The XP wireless system features very low latency of approximately 4 ms and automatic selection from among 36 channels, ensuring stable and fast communication between the set elements.

Backlit monochrome LCD display shows all relevant information in a clear and easy-to-read format. Thanks to the built-in battery level indicator, users can more easily monitor the battery status and better manage the device’s operating time. Large buttons and an intuitive menu ensure convenient and straightforward operation.

This model offers expanded configuration options compared to the basic version, which translates to greater control over the detection process. The user has 25 sensitivity levels and 5 reactivity levels at their disposal, allowing them to adapt the device’s operation to both clean and heavily cluttered areas.

Discrimination has been enhanced to high precision with a resolution of 0.5 in the iron range, enabling even more accurate filtering of unwanted signals. The 28-segment Notch function allows for the selective filtering out of specific conductivity ranges.

The comprehensive audio system includes six advanced settings and various sound modes, including PWM and SQUARE with stereo morphing. Users can choose from tone modes such as Pitch, 2-tone, 3-tone, 5-tone, or full spectrum, making it easier to identify targets without having to look at the display.

IP68 protection rating ensures complete dust resistance and total water resistance when submerged to a depth of 5 meters. The device remains stable on both dry and wet sand, as well as in shallow bodies of water. The design is engineered for use in a salty environment, which is particularly important during searches on ocean beaches.
