Za-Pas Little Boy G10 Stonewash Fixed Blade Knife - Black

Featuring a total length of 220 mm, this knife is designed with a Full-Tang construction, ensuring that the tang extends throughout the entire handle for maximum strength. The blade, measuring 100 mm, sports a Drop-Point profile and is crafted from Sleipner tool steel. A flat grind is applied to the blade, while a stonewash finish helps to mask scratches and provides a semi-matte appearance. The handle is constructed from black G10 laminate.

hardened Sleipner tool steel

Forged from premium Sleipner tool steel, the knife’s blade boasts a hardened rating of 58-60 HRC. Known for its exceptional resistance to wear and chipping, this material features a fine, uniform carbide structure that ensures a robust, razor-sharp edge. As a result, the blade delivers outstanding durability, excellent edge retention, and dependable performance for even the most demanding cutting tasks.

drop-point blade, flat grind

Equipped with a Drop-Point blade profile, this model offers a smooth edge and a total blade length of 100 mm. A flat grind finish enhances resistance to damage, while a single-sided cross guard delivers added stability and safety during operation.

Strategically placed jimping (serrations) along the spine provide a secure resting point for the thumb, boosting control during use. The blade undergoes a Stonewash finishing process that effectively reduces visible scratches while creating a semi-matte appearance.

G10 laminate handle scales

The handle features scales with an ergonomic design that are fastened to the tang with screws, crafted from black G10 laminate. Known for its resistance to moisture, temperature fluctuations, as well as numerous solvents and acids, G10 laminate offers remarkable durability against mechanical impact.

A textured surface on the handle scales provides a firm and secure hold during knife operation. A lanyard hole is integrated at the handle’s end, enabling the attachment of a cord or safety lanyard.

sheath included

Included with the knife is a robust sheath crafted from lightweight yet highly durable Kydex, offering practical belt carry functionality. Multiple mounting holes are incorporated, and their strategic placement enables compatibility with Tek-Lok style attachments.

Sleipner feature
Sleipner
Sleipner is a modern Cr-Mo-V tool steel developed by the Swedish steel mill Uddeholm as an improved version of D2 steel. Its 0.9% carbon content ensures high hardness, while 7.8% chromium improves wear resistance and provides moderate corrosion protection. The steel also contains 2.5% molybdenum, 0.5% vanadium, 0.9% silicon, and 0.5% manganese, which increase structural stability, fracture resistance, hardenability, and deformation resistance. After hardening, Sleipner achieves a hardness of 60-64 HRC, while maintaining excellent resistance to chipping, high impact strength, and long-lasting edge sharpness. This steel is a popular choice in the manufacture of hunting, survival, tactical, and folding knives, where high strength and long-lasting sharpness retention are required.
G10 feature
G10
G10 is a lightweight and extremely durable material, considered one of the best for knife production. It is created by pressure-pressing fiberglass with phenolic resin, which gives it high durability and resistance to mechanical damage. It is chemically inert, does not conduct electricity, and retains its properties at both low and high temperatures. In terms of parameters, it is similar to carbon fiber, but its production is much cheaper. G10 handles are manufactured by precision cutting and cutting, which increases the cost of processing but ensures a perfect fit and long knife life.
Kydex feature
Kydex
Kydex is a thermoplastic, durable material commonly used in the production of knife sheaths. It is resistant to impact, scratches, and changing weather conditions, and has very low moisture absorption. The sheaths are molded directly onto the knife, which guarantees a perfect fit, high durability, and complete safety—the blade remains securely in place even during dynamic movements. Due to its durability and customization options, Kydex has gained popularity in the tactical and survival industries. Sheaths are often equipped with additional mounting holes with metal eyelets, which increase their durability and allow for easy attachment of buckles, clips, or loops to a belt or harness.
Stonewash feature
Stonewash
Stonewash is a blade finishing technique that involves treating steel in a drum filled with stones, ceramic abrasives, or beads. The impact of the material creates a characteristic, irregular pattern with micro-scratches, giving the effect of a matte, slightly “aged” surface with a raw, practical appearance. The finish gives the knife an aesthetic look and masks minor scratches and marks that occur during use, keeping the blade looking like new for longer. The matte texture reduces light reflections, which is valued in tactical and outdoor knives, and the micro-scratches can further reduce friction during cutting. Due to its durability, discreet appearance, and ease of maintenance, stonewash is popular in EDC, field, and tactical knives.
