Za-Pas Little Boy G10 Stonewash Fixed Blade Knife - Green

A knife with a total length of 220 mm and a full-tang construction, meaning the blade tang extends through the entire handle. The 100 mm-long blade features a Drop-Point profile and is made of Sleipner tool steel. The edge is finished with a flat grind. The blade is finished using the Stonewash method, which eliminates scratches and gives it a semi-matte finish. The handle scales are made of green G10 laminate.

Sleipner hardened tool steel

The knife blade is made of high-quality Sleipner tool steel, hardened to a hardness of 59 HRC. This material is characterized by high resistance to abrasion and chipping. Its finer and more uniform carbide structure promotes a stable, aggressive cutting edge, which translates into high blade durability, good edge strength, and reliable performance when cutting demanding materials.

drop-point blade, flat grind

This model features a Drop-Point blade with a smooth cutting edge and a length of 100 mm. The blade has a flat grind, which provides increased resistance to damage. Additional protection and stability during use are ensured by a single-sided cross guard.

The blade spine features jimping, which allows for a secure thumb rest and increased control over the blade while cutting. The blade is finished with a Stonewash finish, which minimizes scratches and gives it a semi-matte appearance.

G10 laminate handle scales

The handle consists of scales with an ergonomic shape screwed to the tang, made from green G10 laminate. This material is resistant to moisture, temperature changes, as well as most solvents and acids. It also exhibits high resistance to mechanical damage.

The textured surface of the scales ensures a secure and safe grip while working with the knife. At the end of the handle, there is a so-called lanyard hole that allows for threading a cord or a safety lanyard.

sheath included

Included is a rigid sheath made from lightweight yet durable Kydex material, which allows for the convenient carrying of the knife on a belt. It is equipped with numerous mounting holes, which, thanks to their appropriate arrangement, allow for the use of a Tek-Lok type mounting.

Sleipner feature
Sleipner
Sleipner is a modern Cr-Mo-V tool steel developed by the Swedish steel mill Uddeholm as an improved version of D2 steel. Its 0.9% carbon content ensures high hardness, while 7.8% chromium improves wear resistance and provides moderate corrosion protection. The steel also contains 2.5% molybdenum, 0.5% vanadium, 0.9% silicon, and 0.5% manganese, which increase structural stability, fracture resistance, hardenability, and deformation resistance. After hardening, Sleipner achieves a hardness of 60-64 HRC, while maintaining excellent resistance to chipping, high impact strength, and long-lasting edge sharpness. This steel is a popular choice in the manufacture of hunting, survival, tactical, and folding knives, where high strength and long-lasting sharpness retention are required.
G10 feature
G10
G10 is a lightweight and extremely durable material, considered one of the best for knife production. It is created by pressure-pressing fiberglass with phenolic resin, which gives it high durability and resistance to mechanical damage. It is chemically inert, does not conduct electricity, and retains its properties at both low and high temperatures. In terms of parameters, it is similar to carbon fiber, but its production is much cheaper. G10 handles are manufactured by precision cutting and cutting, which increases the cost of processing but ensures a perfect fit and long knife life.
Kydex feature
Kydex
Kydex is a thermoplastic, durable material commonly used in the production of knife sheaths. It is resistant to impact, scratches, and changing weather conditions, and has very low moisture absorption. The sheaths are molded directly onto the knife, which guarantees a perfect fit, high durability, and complete safety—the blade remains securely in place even during dynamic movements. Due to its durability and customization options, Kydex has gained popularity in the tactical and survival industries. Sheaths are often equipped with additional mounting holes with metal eyelets, which increase their durability and allow for easy attachment of buckles, clips, or loops to a belt or harness.
Stonewash feature
Stonewash
Stonewash is a blade finishing technique that involves treating steel in a drum filled with stones, ceramic abrasives, or beads. The impact of the material creates a characteristic, irregular pattern with micro-scratches, giving the effect of a matte, slightly “aged” surface with a raw, practical appearance. The finish gives the knife an aesthetic look and masks minor scratches and marks that occur during use, keeping the blade looking like new for longer. The matte texture reduces light reflections, which is valued in tactical and outdoor knives, and the micro-scratches can further reduce friction during cutting. Due to its durability, discreet appearance, and ease of maintenance, stonewash is popular in EDC, field, and tactical knives.
