I bought these shoes with the idea of flying to Sweden for a concert in November. To reduce my luggage as much as possible, I didn't want to take shoes for the plane and then for the concert. The shoes worked well, passed security checks at gates without any problems, even in Arlanda, because they don't have metal toe caps. The shoes are comfortable, although not very durable. They lasted less than two winter seasons before they fell apart inside, so I’m taking off one star. But they served their purpose, and the price isn't too bad either.

Cordura is a material woven from durable nylon fibers, developed by DuPont. The structure of the material provides lightness and abrasion resistance, as well as weather resistance. Due to its properties, Cordura is widely used in tactical equipment.
Free-tex is a vapor-permeable membrane with high breathability equipped with an efficient moisture-wicking system. The three-layer construction ensures complete waterproofness and provides thermal insulation.
ASO is an inner insole, made of gel material, which is designed to absorb shock and energy generated in the heel when walking or running. It provides additional cushioning, reduces stress on the foot and calf, and reduces the feeling of fatigue when wearing shoes for long periods of time.
SRC class is a designation used in international safety standards for safety footwear (EN ISO 20345) and occupational footwear (EN ISO 20347) that defines the highest level of slip resistance. In order for footwear to receive the SRC classification, it must simultaneously meet the requirement of SRA - slip resistance on a ceramic base coated with a sodium lauryl sulfate solution (a strong detergent), and SRB - slip resistance on a steel base coated with glycerol (an oily surface).

After more than five months of use, I am very satisfied; the shoes are comfortable (they don't rub or squeeze the toes on the sides), after about 5 hours on my feet they didn't get too sweaty, and the quality is also very good.
-
The shoes look very solid. After the first wear, I am satisfied, the shoes don't rub, don't press into the foot, they're simply comfortable. Worn for over 8 hours and my foot didn't sweat, which is also a big advantage.

I have had these shoes for 2 years and so far there are no major drawbacks. I use them twice a month for airsoft games and have no complaints, only the insole needed to be replaced because after a few outings it completely fell apart. For this price, I think they are worth buying.

5 years of wearing, they have endured a lot, they are still functional, and then they probably cost 150 PLN. They have nothing to do with being waterproof. For this price, they have a long lifespan.

These shoes are very solid, I wore them all winter season and everything was just as it should be. They also perform very well in various terrains. Lacing the shoes is not a problem at all, it's very easy to tie them.

After about half a year of intensive use, the outer layer of material started to come off. They were polished very often, but from the reviews, I see that this happens frequently. Overall, they are comfortable and did not let water in, the sole could be more grippy, and surprisingly the plastic hooks for the laces are holding up.

I don't know if these 340 five-star reviews are paid for or if there are just occasionally faulty models of these Zephyrs. Overall, the shoes are alright. I bought them less than a year ago in one of the 'firefighter' stores. The beginning was tough. Hard, stiff. I wear them for about 160 - 180 hours a month (14 or 24-hour shifts). After some time, I noticed my feet were getting more and more wet. Unfortunately, this seems to be a flaw of these shoes. Comparing them to the Protectors I had before, which only wore out at the soles, these are simply unacceptable. Even absorbent insoles don't help in the Zephyrs.

I bought the shoes a year or two ago more as a backup, I walked only a little in them just to break them in. Two months ago I started using them every day, walking about 2 km, you can see their condition in the photo. I avoid salt, I don’t mind classic polish, and they haven’t been exposed to extreme cold in Wrocław and the surrounding area. The insole is a styrofoam joke, just like the fairy tales about cushioning. Both soles are coming unglued around the bending area. Awful junk. But the laces are fine.

A few years ago, I bought these shoes and somewhere there is my review mentioning that after some time they cracked, etc. I also wrote that I wouldn’t buy them again and would rather pay more to get something better. The store contacted me to offer help, returns, etc. I thanked them because even the receipt was lost, and I didn’t even remember when I bought them. After searching online, reading opinions about more expensive shoes (even Lowa), I concluded that in every price range, there are dissatisfied customers. Regardless of the price, there was always something wrong. That’s why I bought these again, and after breaking them in, I am a reasonably satisfied user. In my opinion, it’s better to change shoes every 2-3 years for new ones than to buy a pair for several hundred zloty and hope they’ll be perfect.

The shoes are great considering their quite low price. They are very high, so you need to keep that in mind, and I don't think they would be a good choice for the mountains. For winter and rainy weather, they work excellently. They require quite a bit of breaking in, but I think that's normal for this type of shoe. I recommend them.
-
Terrible shoes!! I do not recommend them. Yes, the shoes are waterproof up to the top of the upper, but the leather starts to crack and peel off after a few weeks of occasional use, which makes them lose their waterproofness. The shoes are also very slippery on ice.

My first pair was Zephyr Grom MID ZX06 - too short for heavy terrain in downpours - they took in water and the lining on the heel wore out. I decided on the Zephyr Grom ZX07 - it helped. This is already my second purchase: the first one lasted over 3.5 years of year-round use for about 12-14 hours a day, both in the city, forest, and mountains. They also handled construction sites. I give 4/5 because a "block" of the sole came off - in my opinion, the sole of the shoe is cut too deeply - the "blocks" of the sole cushion the foot well, but each part of the sole works independently. Overall, I recommend them to anyone looking for lightweight and comfortable "do-it-all" shoes.

Overall, the shoes are okay, good quality, and the laces are fine too. However, the shoes rub quite a bit. I have no further complaints, but if someone wants to walk very long distances in them, I would not recommend it.

The shoes are comfortable and waterproof, used for riding a motorcycle and hiking; they breathe nicely and don’t make my feet sweat. But despite care and maintenance, the faux leather is starting to flake and crack.
