Millet porridge cooked in coconut milk with chokeberry powder and raspberries is a perfect breakfast. As with all LYOFOOD meals, preparation is extremely quick and very simple.

Freeze-drying

Freeze-drying is a process of vacuum dehydration of food products at very low temperatures (-50 deg. C). Thanks to the use of special production technology, freeze-dried food is a wholesome, full-calorie meal that is comprehensive in every respect, while also meeting the high demands of various extreme sports such as rock climbing, high-altitude mountaineering, sailing, and both summer and winter backcountry hiking. It is used by polar explorers, travelers, and competitive athletes on various expeditions and at camps.

    A tasty meal. In the field, something like this definitely boosts morale. It doesn’t taste artificial at all; it’s really good. Especially for soups, but also for other dishes, I recommend not overdoing the amount of water. It’s better to add more if it turns out too thick than to pour in too much from the start. For me, the only downside is the fairly high price.
