A very important element of every uniformed person's IFAK. It's worth carrying even two, but at least one is a must. I had no problem fitting mine in the Direct Action Compact medical pouch.

Mandatory equipment for every IFAK. Irreplaceable in the case of a gunshot wound to the chest. Let's be aware that a tourniquet cannot be applied to it. The only effective means of saving someone's life in such a situation. For this price, it's worth buying and keeping even two in your first aid kit.

An essential product for providing aid in the event of chest injuries in emergency situations. It guarantees an effective seal while allowing air to escape, minimizing the risk of complications. The adhesive layer works even on wet or dirty skin. The practical format allows for quick use without unnecessary preparation. A very necessary item for a first aid kit when quick and correct response under stress is crucial.

The price of the dressing is almost laughable compared to what it offers. Anyone who has had anything to do with first aid medicine, especially tactical medicine related to CLS, knows that a vented dressing is essential for chest wounds. In this case, we have a dressing at a very affordable price, good quality, and a nice size, so it can easily fit even in a relatively small first aid kit.

I bought the first one a few months earlier but... hopefully it will never be needed... you should have 2 pieces in the first aid kit. Purchased as the basic equipment for the first aid kit together with the W2 dressing and Israeli dressing, compressed gauze, eye dressing. Additionally, it’s worth buying plaster, bandage, some swabs, gloves, thermal blanket, hydrogel dressing, and your kit is ready :)

Bought just in case. Hopefully, it will never be needed, but the price compared to other similar dressings is very competitive. If you run a shooting range or own a gun yourself – it is essential in your first aid kit.

An important element for every first aid kit, one of those things that is worth having but hopefully will never be needed. Neatly packed dressing, aedmax as always professional work.
-
I haven’t tested it yet and I hope I won’t have to, but everything looks elegant and you can easily fold it in half if it doesn’t fit in the first aid kit.
-
Bought for the belt first aid kit but it is a bit too long so it will go in the second kit in my backpack because I don’t want to bend it. The price seems very favorable compared to other products.
-
Great dressing, perfectly packed, a bit long and it won’t fit into small pouches. It’s worth having in the first aid kit and hopefully won’t be needed. I recommend it.
-
It looks solid from the outside, I hope I’ll never have to find out what it is like inside and whether it is effective. Good price, good quality. Better to have it and never have to use it than the other way around.

Quite a large dressing but it can be easily folded in half if it needs to fit into a smaller first aid kit. Very favorable price compared to competing products.
