    The aluminum coating seems to fulfill its function – I slept on the NRC foil, on this mat, in a synthetic sleeping bag at -12°C and did not feel any cold coming from the ground (soil). A small downside for women – the bumps can be felt when sleeping on your stomach.

    The rug is well made, although this is reflected in its price. In the photo, it seems to have a solid aluminum layer, but it's difficult to tell if that's really the case—for me, it just looks dark silver. Nevertheless, I am satisfied with the purchase and I think that for this price it is quite a good option.

    A very well and solidly built sleeping mat, my previous one was 0.5 cm thick, and this one is as much as 2 cm, and you can really feel the difference. It provides very good protection against cold from the ground.

Very good sleeping mat, I tested exactly this type of foldable one and for me it's much more comfortable than the rolled one.
