Preparation

Pour the contents of the can into a pot and warm over low heat, stirring from time to time, or place the sealed can in a kettle of boiling water for approximately 30 minutes to heat.

    A very tasty and filling dish. It's quite mild, so it really benefits from adding pepper or hot sauce. A huge plus is the meat. Instead of adding some kind of ground meat, this canned food contains good quality diced meat. I highly recommend it.
