I was just listening on this radio and the guys were complaining that reception is probably better on a cheap Chinese Baofeng than on their equipment (same neighborhood) and they weren't wrong xD

Very good equipment, like most from this company. The radio is dust- and waterproof. Solidly built and quite heavy. The range is very large. Worth recommending.

Its operation is similar to other Baofeng walkie-talkies, but it is much heavier, more solid, and supposedly waterproof and dustproof. It has an interesting sound and light alarm function. Unfortunately, standard Kenwood-type earpieces don't fit. Still, the device is good and has replaced my UV-82.
