Compact walkie-talkies in my favorite color. Living on the 3rd floor >> brick basement in the underground garage - reception and transmission without any problems. Between apartment blocks at a distance of 700 meters in a straight line (with other buildings in between) also works perfectly. The number of functions is sufficient. Accessories are great - clip, lanyard, batteries.
