A semi-automatic blank gun utilizing extended 6 mm long cartridges as well as standard 6 mm short caps. The Lexon 11 is ideally suited both for self-defense and as a means to launch signal flares during emergencies or special events to attract attention or call for assistance.

Very solid (although a bit "clunky"), heavy and comfortable, simple to use, with a large magazine. Works without jams. Performs well with both short and long cartridges. The best effect and highest launched flares are with Hege Ruag Long long cartridges. Before first use, it's worth checking the magazine and removing burrs around the holes for blank cartridges.

A good product for a good price. The loading lever is stiff but will loosen over time. Large magazine. (Although the "exit" side is so cheaply cut that I had to punch out the remaining metal myself -_-). Pleasantly weighted. Compared to the Start 1, you could actually mistake it for a real one and not think it's a toy. Supports both long and short ammunition. BONUS: In case of frequent misfires, I recommend sticking a thin piece of tape over the exit holes after each loading. Tried and tested method.

I've had it for a while now, until today I just tested it. Initially, the locking mechanism was very stiff, but it loosened up. Last night it served the purpose I bought it for: a nighttime walk with the dog and a close encounter with a wild boar.
