Great insoles. They work very well. After wearing heavy work boots for a long time, my feet don't hurt as much as with regular ones. They cushion the pressure on the heel and midfoot, which makes them suitable for longer hikes.

Very good insoles. I have been using them in my work shoes for a few days and they really work well. My feet don't get tired as quickly as they did in the previous ones.

Surprisingly comfortable, though maybe I shouldn't be surprised since this is yet another Bennon product after shoes, socks, and various types of insoles that meets expectations, so I simply recommend it.

Great insoles—I thought for this price they wouldn’t be anything special, but I'm really surprised, they are even good for military boots in which I work in the forest non-stop. They cushion well and there are no unpleasant odors.

The insoles survived the whole winter in military footwear, now they are doing well in summer. For such a price, a really recommendable product. They fit the foot and the arrangement of the shoe very well. The insole survived different types of conditions, moisture, and long distances. They've been serving almost a year now.

Excellent insoles that support the foot very well. Tested with Grom Protektor boots. Thanks to them after a whole day in boots, I feel no fatigue at all. Size as described.

Excellent for winter. For summer, it depends. I used them in Grom military boots with a membrane. I walk a lot with a heavy backpack. At 15 degrees I went with a backpack, total weight over 120 kg, mostly on asphalt - so no cushioning. After 2 months, holes appeared at the heels of the insoles. My feet are 'wrecked.' I suspect that the silicone became too soft at higher temperatures. I recommend for winter. For summer military trekking, not recommended, at least not for big guys.

After the first long trip, they worked quite well; I used them in Lowa Zephyr GTX MID TF boots. In this model, the insole rolled up a bit at the tip of the shoe, but apart from that, it performed fine. I also used this insole in Keen Targhee III Mid WP and it fit without any problems. The overall comfort is better, compared to the factory Lowa insole it's like heaven and earth. :D

Great insoles. The craftsmanship and material may cost a bit, but it's worth spending those forty zlotys because those who walk a lot know that foot comfort is priceless.

I highly recommend these insoles. I wear them in Lowas. I haven't tested them during a long march yet, but I can say that they support the foot very well, don't slip, and provide good cushioning. I will definitely buy more pairs for other shoes.

Great insoles for shoes. Legs don’t hurt at all, and they don’t get cold, even after covering long distances. I will definitely recommend them to my work colleagues.

Insoles made from very good quality materials. At my weight of about 130 kg they don’t flatten, and under foot pressure they retain their structure and properties. Relieve tired feet, feet don't sweat, and the insole, even when pulling my foot out of the shoe, stays firmly in place, unlike cheap insoles where it comes out with the foot.
