- T-comfort: -3 deg. C – lowest temperature at which a woman can rest comfortably overnight,
- T-limit: -9 deg. C – lowest temperature at which a man can sleep without experiencing discomfort,
- T-extreme: -29 deg. C – minimum temperature at which survival is possible inside the sleeping bag. Use at this limit is not recommended for regular use.
