Another rifle purchased from Militaria that I can recommend to those who are still undecided. So, here’s how it was: at first I had problems with the optical sight and I was convinced it was damaged. I couldn’t zero it in; it kept hitting below the target, down to the left, and by quite a lot, around 40 cm. To check, I mounted another scope and it was fine. So clearly it was my mistake. After putting the included optic back on the rifle and zeroing the scope, everything is OK. As for the optics, it’s a budget scope, but it does the job at 30 m. It will definitely be replaced for longer distances. The rifle is heavy, cocking the spring takes some strength, the trigger is quite hard and takes some getting used to, and there is a strong kick when firing, but I guess that’s the point, so it’s not too easy. I tested the rifle at a distance of 30 m, which is all the space I have available in my garden. At that distance, the grouping within a 5 grosz coin was very good. I used H&N Logo Club 4.5 mm pellets (about +/- 500 shots fired), which worked very well, and I’ll probably be testing others too. And I’ll note here that there was no need to readjust the sight, meaning it didn’t shift despite the fairly strong recoil when firing. There were shots that went astray somewhere, but I think that’s down to my skills plus the weather, because lately the wind is practically always blowing, lighter or stronger. I think that a longer distance of 40–50 m won’t be a problem, but as of today I don’t have the option to check. And one more thing I’d like to mention: I’ve never sighted in an optical scope at 10–15–20 m as the “experts” recommend. In my case, every spring-powered air rifle, gas-spring air rifle, or CO2 rifle (and I have about 7 of them, not to mention pistols), I set up straight away for the target distance. Depending on the rifle, that is 20–30 m, and it comes out the same. Is it really necessary to mess around with 10–15–20 m? I emphasize that this is only my own opinion on the subject. Finally, shopping at Militaria.pl... probably the fastest order processing and shipping in Poland, and customer service is also at a very high level. I recommend it... (!)
