The knife is very light and flat, it conveniently disappears in the pocket. However, the handle scales are problematic; in some spots, the edges are very sharp, and contrary to appearances, you can cut yourself here not only with the blade. Over time, they will probably smooth out, but it's worth paying attention to this.
Lightweight, folding spring-assisted knife featuring a Drop-Point blade profile. The blade is crafted from high-carbon D2 tool steel, known for its exceptional wear resistance. A Stonewash finish imparts a non-reflective, matte appearance to the blade surface.
Automatic blade deployment is achieved by pressing the button, which activates the spring mechanism for rapid opening. Secure blade lockup during use and prevention of accidental deployment is provided by the sliding Button Lock system.
The ergonomically designed, subtly contoured handle scales are manufactured via injection molding from robust Grivory material—a polyamide-based composite recognized for its hardness, rigidity, and minimal moisture uptake. A non-slip surface texture ensures reliable grip during operation. A spring pocket clip allows for convenient tip-up/r carry, while a lanyard hole at the handle's end accommodates cord or lanyard attachment.
Supplied with a nylon case featuring a zippered closure.
NOTE – Contrary to common misconceptions, spring knives may be legally purchased, possessed, and carried. Polish law places no limitations on knife opening mechanisms or on blade shape and length. Regulations regarding the carrying of certain knife types may exist in other countries—familiarize yourself with local laws when traveling abroad with a knife.

The knife is very good as an EDC. D2 steel stays sharp for a long time, it opens and closes very smoothly and pleasantly. As for the lock, it really moves very easily and if someone wears tight pants, the knife could accidentally open by itself, so you have to be careful.

Boker FRND is a very good spring-assisted friend. Everything works smoothly and it fits well in the hand. Contrary to one user's review, there is no problem with the lock or with accidental opening when taking it out of your pocket. The lock moves with moderate force, but the button must be pressed quite firmly, which prevents accidental opening. Moreover, the lock closes towards the blade, so when taking the knife out of the pocket, you could potentially close it if it was open. The other person must have gotten a faulty piece. Accidental opening is highly unlikely.

The blade is exceptionally good quality, overall the knife is very solid. It has good proportions, it's nicely balanced. Unfortunately, it has one major flaw - the safety lock against accidental opening moves very easily, too easily, which cost me a pair of pants. In situations where you frequently get in and out of a car, brush up against tight spaces, or carry something on your hip, the safety lock can easily disengage by itself. The knife opens automatically, so accidentally pressing the open button when it's attached to your belt is all too easy. Sadly, this makes carrying it for EDC in my opinion unsafe. Which is a shame, because overall it's a product of decent quality.

Great EDC knife. It's hard to find a competing product at this price. Very well made. No defects at all. Good, proven materials for both the blade and the handle. Thoughtful and fully functional design.
-
A solid knife made from good materials. The blade has a very practical shape and the D2 steel provides good user parameters. The button opening works great, making it easy to operate the knife with one hand.
-
Very nice knife for everyday carry. The colors match well. The deep clip makes the knife disappear in your pocket. Simple and reliable lock. A positive surprise.
-
Great knife, after all like all Böker knives. The knife comes factory sharp, the mechanism works smoothly and fluidly. It fits comfortably in the hand, as well as in the pocket. Plus, it's attractively priced.

The blade's finish is very practical for everyday use—it shows no scratches or signs of use at all. The locking mechanism is pleasant, simple to use, and securely locks the blade.
