I am a beginner archer, I have a compound bow and I can say that a release is useful but I prefer shooting without it. If you have sensitive fingers, the release will definitely prevent a lot of pain. The release itself is good quality and works well, but in my opinion, it releases too easily—a small touch releases it.

Useful and solid.

Release moves gently, hook fastens with Velcro around the wrist.

It didn't improve accuracy as much as I had hoped, but if you're just starting with bows or have less strength, it could be a good option, so I recommend it depending on your skill level.

Works flawlessly, adjustable.

Works properly, lacks a spring that locks the latch.

Worked great, good for beginners and not only. Managed with a stronger bow and I still use it to this day, plus the price is a definite advantage.
