Boxmet Medical Chest Seal Vented Dressing
Chest seal dressing designed for securing and sealing chest injuries. Manufactured without latex, it is skin-safe and meets TCCC and KSRG standards.
Equipped with a one-way valve, the dressing lets air escape from the wound while blocking air from entering, thereby minimizing the risk of pneumothorax. A dedicated handle ensures rapid deployment. The powerful adhesive delivers a secure seal and long-lasting adherence. The complete kit comes in waterproof packaging with special notches for quick opening. Gauze included inside allows for initial wound cleansing.
