A cool idea, light and comfortable, you put it on the grass and sit like on a sofa. But unfortunately, it has no durability, a construction flaw. The rods that stiffen the structure have sharp edges that tear the cover, and that's the end of the chair. I bought two seats and both ended up the same after a dozen or so uses.

It works well, the mat is quite light. The straps connecting the seat to the backrest are quite strong. It is a decent alternative to standard seat foam.

It might not be the height of comfort, but it's definitely a good alternative to cold stone :D I recommend tightening the adjustment straps well; otherwise, it’s hard to talk about having proper back support.

As a pad for chairs or benches it's ok, but as a stand-alone chair I don't think it's suitable.
