I had the opportunity to practically test this type of dressing 'after the expiration date' during practical exercises with battlefield medics. Very useful thing - I recommend it. My copy ended up in a first aid kit, assembled as an essential set for the shooting range. The item is OK.
Burnshield 20 x 20 cm Hydrogel Dressing
Burnshield hydrogel dressing in a 20 x 20 cm format. Trusted by emergency medical teams, the Fire Department, and military personnel, it provides effective care in first aid situations for burns, as well as serving as a rapid response dressing for deep abrasions, open fractures, and various traumatic skin injuries. The gel’s compact structure guarantees optimal and uniform application of the cooling agent across the affected area.
Stable structure, Fibrous reinforcement
The durable construction of the dressing effectively prevents any risk of hydrogel leakage or damage. Fabric reinforcement enables rapid removal of the dressing from its mold without risking hydrogel tearing. Each Burnshield hydrogel dressing is individually sealed in aluminum pouches, guarding it from exposure to sunlight and elevated temperatures.

I bought this product with a field first aid kit in mind. Burns can happen unexpectedly, and in the field, that's a serious problem. I decided to have it in reserve—better to have it unused than to run out of it when needed.
-
Price, quality, and dressing size are great. Based on medical professionals' opinions, this is one of the best burn dressings in its class. The 20cm size may be difficult to pack, but in the case of extensive burns, it's worth having this kind of solution.
-
Good product, at this price I think it's quite competitive considering the size of the dressing. Well packed, immediately found its place in the first aid kit. I bought it on recommendation, haven’t yet had the opportunity to use it myself.
-
Another dressing bought as a supplement to the first aid kit in the kitchen. Great for burned hands or feet. For smaller areas, it can be cut if necessary, although I also have smaller sizes purchased. Very good product.

Excellent, proven product. Packed in the kitchen first aid kit, it soothes, among other things, steam burns well. A bit expensive but good. Fast delivery.
-
I had a chance to test the dressing on the Jordanian desert (sunburn). I can confidently say it is very useful and 'does the job.' Absolutely a 'must have' as part of a first aid kit—especially for people who travel a lot. Highly recommend.

A product recommended by an experienced paramedic from the emergency ambulance team in Mielno (where everything happens). It is a dressing you should have both at home and outdoors.
-
A hydrogel dressing in a fairly universal size. Bought for a tactical first aid kit (it might be an extra item). Nevertheless, I also purchased a similar dressing for my home first aid kit; it's definitely worth it, even if you never need it.
-
I consider this dressing as essential equipment for every home (or travel) first aid kit. This is my first time with this brand, but I don't think there's anything wrong with it.
-
A good dressing for hard-to-heal wounds; this is not my opinion but that of doctors who help my loved ones. It's worth noting that it is intended not only for burn wounds, but also for purulent wounds and those with exudate, as stated on the packaging and in information available online.
-
The dressing is quite large in size, which will be useful in case of burns or deeper abrasions.
