The cord seems quite thin compared to 550 paracord, but despite that it looks very sturdy. I’m not a fan of tying knots, so these tensioners suit me perfectly.

Great cords for setting up and tensioning not only tarps or canopies but also tents, mosquito nets, etc. They're not very visible, so you have to be careful not to lose them outdoors. Excellent technical solution for tensioning cords. I also have a set with orange ends and was worried they would be too visible, but that's not the case and they are actually easier to find in the woods or meadow.
