Binoculars offer a 10x magnification and a 42 mm objective lens diameter. Featuring an advanced HDOS optical system, they ensure excellent light transmission, enhanced contrast, and high resolution. Designed for users requiring reliable observation across diverse lighting conditions, these binoculars are ideal for both survival missions and tactical military use.

HDOS optics, BaK-4 glass, EXO Barrier and FMC coatings

The HDOS (HD Optical System) optical system ensures exceptional light transmission, delivering excellent contrast and superior resolution. Engineered with BaK-4 glass prisms, renowned for their resistance to damage, these binoculars offer image brightness and clarity that surpass models equipped with standard Bk-7 optical glass.

Binocular prisms are protected by a EXO Barrier coating, which effectively repels water, oils, and other contaminants from accumulating on their surfaces. Furthermore, all air-to-glass interfaces are treated with advanced FMC (Fully MultiCoated) anti-reflective coatings, substantially reducing unwanted reflections and maximizing light transmission through the optical system.

Focus and diopter adjustment knobs, adjustable eyecups

Featuring knobs for precise focus adjustment and diopter correction, the model ensures optimal viewing clarity. Adjustable eyecups enable customization of lens distance to fit the contour of your eye sockets, making it possible to operate the binoculars comfortably even while wearing corrective lenses or sunglasses.

Damage-resistant design that meets IPX7 waterproof rating

Rubber coating on the casing ensures a firm and reliable hold, even during challenging weather conditions. The binocular barrels are filled with dry nitrogen and sealed using O-rings, effectively eliminating internal lens fogging.

Compliance with the IPX7 waterproof rating guarantees resistance to water immersion down to 1 meter for as long as 30 minutes. A tripod mount on the body allows for easy tripod attachment. Thanks to Roof (roof) prisms, the binoculars maintain a compact design, making them convenient to carry.

    Bushnell R3 10x42 Binoculars - Ranger Green, my first binoculars in this class, well made with a nice clear image, sturdy case and neck strap, possibility to attach the binoculars to the case. They fit well in the hand. One downside is the lens covers, which do not fit well and fall off. Despite this, I give it 5 stars.

    I received it as a gift. I never managed to take it outdoors. Used a few times at home. It sat in the case for half a year, maybe more. Today I took it out and the plastic was cracked and it fell apart into two pieces. Really poor quality.
