Carinthia D 400X Medium Sleeping Bag Left - Red
Rugged sleeping bag in a red color, designed in a mummy-style cut to promote a comfortable sleeping posture and allow free movement throughout the night. Constructed from premium Shelltex fabric, it boasts a hard-wearing outer layer and insulation made of 95/5 CQ-Down goose down blended with G-Loft.

Operating temperature ranges for the Carinthia D 400X sleeping bag are specified in line with the EN 13537 standard:
T-comfort: 0 C – represents the lowest temperature at which a woman can remain comfortably asleep for the entire night,
T-limit: -5 C – signifies the minimum temperature at which a man is able to sleep through the night without experiencing discomfort,
T-extreme: -23 C – denotes the minimum temperature in which survival can be maintained inside the sleeping bag; not advised for routine use.
Pertex Quantum Endurance and Shelltex Ultra material
The exterior utilizes Pertex Quantum Endurance, while the interior features Shelltex Ultra. Engineered for minimal weight, the material provides robust resistance against mechanical wear, water, snow, and wind. Down is distributed in H-chambers to eliminate shifting and guarantee consistent protection against the cold. The DIScover system incorporates an external insulation layer, shielding the down from moisture and optimizing the sleeping bag’s thermal efficiency. In addition, synthetic G-Loft insulation supports thermal comfort, maintaining its insulating properties even in wet conditions, after laundering, or during heavy use.
Left-side zipper, Anti Snag system
Featuring a two-way zipper on the left side, the sleeping bag can be completely opened for ventilation or access. The Anti Snag system ensures the zipper operates smoothly without the fabric catching. A Velcro flap at the top secures the zipper, preventing accidental opening during rest. Inside, a small pocket is provided for keeping essential small items close at hand.
