Carinthia HIG 5.0 Trousers Lady Women's Trousers - Olive
Women's insulated pants in olive designed for use on cold days. They provide thermal comfort in temperatures down to -20 degrees Celsius and complement the HIG 5.0 Jacket Lady, creating a matching set for cold conditions.
The fit takes the female anatomy into account, and the adjustable suspenders help keep the pants in place during movement. The G-Loft insulation provides effective thermal insulation. The model can be worn on its own or as an outer layer worn over a thermal base layer or other pants.
Carinthia SOF 2L outer layer material
The outer layer is made of Carinthia SOF 2L based on polyamide. The material is lightweight, wind-resistant and hydrophobic, so it limits the penetration of cold air and the absorption of light moisture. The lining of the pants is made of 100% polyamide.
The fabric was developed for use in demanding environments and is characterized by high resistance to wind and a hydrophobic finish. The hydrophobic outer layer limits moisture absorption during short-term contact with light precipitation or a wet environment.
G-Loft insulation - warmth and comfort
Thermal insulation is provided by synthetic G-Loft insulation with a grammage of 125 g/m2 made of 100% polyester. It supports heat retention during use in cold surroundings, and its use throughout the construction makes the pants well suited as an outer layer in winter conditions.

The pants are equipped with two-way side zippers running along the full length of the legs, which can be fully unzipped. This design makes it easier to put on and take off the pants, even without removing footwear or carried equipment. The zippers are covered by windproof strips that limit direct wind penetration through the fastenings.

Reinforced panels on the knees and seat increase the resistance of these areas to wear during intensive use. The lower edges of the legs are equipped with a velcro and snap fastening and an adjustable drawstring with stopper.
At the back of the pants there is a fastened pocket with a concealed zipper. The cover at the end of the zipper reduces the risk of catching on it during use.
