I thought I'd buy it and just out of curiosity look at some leaves or other random things a few times, but it actually helped me check if I sharpen knives properly, and secondly, it solved my problem with the quality of cowhides I buy for leathercraft. Bought as a gadget, I was pleasantly surprised that it really works and you can see lots of interesting things with it. My daughter is delighted, and over time I realized it would have been better to get the version with a phone clip as it’s more convenient.
