CMB Hippo D2 folding knife - Black

Folding EDC (Every Day Carry) knife featuring a Sheepfoot profile blade. The blade is crafted from carbon D2 tool steel, known for its exceptional abrasion resistance and cutting efficiency. A Stonewash finish gives the blade a non-reflective, matte appearance.

Jimping (notched section) is positioned along the spine at the thumb rest to provide enhanced blade control while cutting. A finger groove is integrated into the ricasso for improved ergonomic grip during use. Blade hardness is rated at 59-61 HRC.

Opening the knife is possible via a flipper or thumb stud. A Liner Lock mechanism ensures secure blade locking. The deployment of the blade is made quicker and smoother with a ball bearing system on the main pivot.

Ergonomically contoured handle features textured G10 laminate scales, constructed from fiberglass and epoxy resin. The knife is fitted with a steel, spring-loaded deep-carry clip for convenient carry. A lanyard or cord hole is provided at the handle’s end.
